When practised regularly, meditation brings feelings of peace and happiness. Focusing your attention on what you desire is a requirement for manifesting your dreams using the Law of Attraction.
The meditative state is the clearest and most powerful state you can be in to manifest your desires because you are detached from your outer world on which you previously based your reality on. Being detached from your outer world means you are not thinking about what has or has not manifested, nor are you are thinking about ‘lack’ of things you desire. Importantly, your happiness is now based on the inner you and not on the outer physical world.
There are two main benefits of meditating that are of interest to us in this audiobook. Firstly, meditation allows the mind to quieten anything that may have been bothering you. Secondly, meditation exercises the mind enabling you to sharpen your focus and concentration on thoughts that will manifest your dreams and desires.
