Welcome to a world of limitless possibilities through meditation.

Each meditation will last approximately 1 hour. Start with long, slow, deep, breathes then try to say aloud the first few cycles.

Eventually both the words and music will quieten to allow natural sleep to occur.

There is also a background repetition of the words for the subconscious to receive.
